The EU

Google says the EU requires a notice of cookie use (by Google) and says they have posted a notice. I don't see it. If cookies bother you, go elsewhere. If the EU bothers you, emigrate. If you live outside the EU, don't go there.

This is from 26 August of this year, but it looks back at 1929, some 86 years ago—"Quotes of the Morning: Before & after the 1929 crash".  This is about the Wall Street Crash of 1929, which began on 24 October of that year.
