City Life on Monday

Did you know you can watch LTC on your computer.

This AM 41 folks were watching on the Internet.

And, yes Sarah was there, but no air time.

Yes, Sarah stands there quitely, pleasant. She is an inspiration to us all.

Great show. I was impressed by M.K. Was there a subtle tension between Dick and M.K.?

I didn't think so.  New person in town and all that.

Very charming, very insightful, very youthful, very experienced, very good?  The Sun chose well.

There was an interesting point of discussion about how to confirm the identity of a blogger. My name was used in the example, by George Anthes.

"How do we know Jack Mitchell IS Jack Mitchell?"

The short answer was, 'Well, Jack will speak out, if someone steals his name.'

But your answer was more subtle.

'Does it "sound" like Jack?'

What this touches on is, with folks that use a nom-de-blog, we get to know their "voice." It "sounds" like them. That is why it irks bloggers when one person changes names. We don't get the chance to get used to the "sound of their voice."

Being anonymous is a right I respect. But there are preferrred ways to conduct oneself. Allowing us to become familiar, is a way to develop trust.
